Processing of raw materials for food products

In close cooperation with each client and according to their specifications, we offer processed nuts, seeds, dried fruits, mixes thereof, in various packaging. Our team ensures that each order is fully tailored to the needs of our clients, while complying with all legal requirements for quality and safety.

Manual sorting

Although the majority of raw materials have passed through various types of sorting machines, manual control remains an important stage of our production process.

Manual sorting is the last barrier for quality and safety control, with which we ensure that only healthy, clean and visually appetizing nuts and dried fruits reach the customer, without impurities of foreign materials.

Baking - without fats and additives

The roasting process enhances the natural flavor of nuts and seeds, activating aromas, while preserving the nutritional value of the products. We offer the option of roasting according to the desired degree, method of application, and customer requirements.
 

Cutting

Our nut-cutting machines are designed to slice without compressing the product, preserving its organoleptic properties over time. This ensures freshness and optimal shelf life.
 
We can cut both raw and roasted hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, peanuts, and more.
 
We also offer cutting of dried fruits such as plums, apricots, figs, cherries, and others. Chopped dried fruits are widely used in the food industry, valued not only for their natural taste and nutritional content but also for their appealing appearance and functional versatility.
 
Applications of chopped nuts and fruits include:
  • Biscuits, cakes, muffins, and bread products – to enhance flavor, aroma, and visual appeal
  • Chocolate products, candies, and energy bars
  • Fillings for wafers, rolls, and sweet breads
  • Ice creams and dairy desserts
  • Muesli, granola, various breakfast cereals, and more

Calibration

We offer calibration of chopped nuts in different sizes/fractions and ranges. We have different sizes of calibrating sieves – from 2mm to 8mm.

Packaging

To extend the shelf life and ensure the safety of our raw materials and products, we use two packaging technologies – vacuum packaging and modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) with nitrogen.

We offer flexible packaging solutions – from 0.500 kg, 1 kg, 2 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg. or others depending on the customer’s requirements.
